I suppose in a way it really always has been a "Life Commodity" right; food, water, shelter.

The people who help me with my vacation rental turnovers know that there are extra steps that relate to hospitality like making sure that leftover food is removed from the refrigerator from the previous guest, putting flowers on the night stands, etc. 

Also I’m still 28 I eat healthy food mostly avoid out side and I do workout atleast 3 r 4 days weeks so I would heardly see doctor once a year.

He merely purchased it and kept some members of the family who owned it employed there so that the quality of the food and service wouldn't change.

We have one coming up on Wed, Jan 18th at a brand new location and I wondered what people preferred : Does food matter? 

@William Webb @Linda D.Personally, I would like to live somewhere that is pretty "city" i.e. close to food and a Walmart lol.But for investing I was wanting to know where the A, B, and C class neighborhoods are.

There will be plenty of experienced investors and contractors to learn an network with as well as good food!
