That being said, if you study a number of websites, you can probably find disclaimer language that they use on their website to limit liability and indicate that it is meant for advertisement purposes and not an offer to sell securities.

The VA loan was never meant for investment purposes and is a great resource for military personnel to gain access to a primary residence with little money down, as a large majority of us have little money coming out of service (Buying mustangs and expensive things we shouldn't have).

@Jorge Ruiz - Sure, purchase price $139K, appraised at $179K, sorry, I meant 70% so $125.3K loan at 5.1%I wish I could have waited the 6 months to get more out but needed the cash out sooner.
