My favorite part of the meeting: my neighbor and I share a wooded lot, and between the two of us it is at least 1500' long.

My favorite moment was when the listing agent was leaving escrow she said to me I could have done that, i didn't need to list it.

I don't have a whole lot of equity in the building, but it's cash flowing great now (rents were $650 when I bought it and now are $1750), so it's still one of my favorites!
