When purchasing anyone will want you to have skin in the game, but try a business friendly Bank/ Credit Union or strike out for private money or HML .

I always do things in an extreme way and "Keeping costs at a minimum and driving revenue" with Ohio Cashflow was great but definitely should have spent the $29 per month earlier hahaYessir, must have thick skin in this biz.

I don't have to toss "hail marry's" becuase my deals have enough spread due to my purchasing at steep discounts and the fact that I always have skin in the game.The common ad wee see here and other places resembling: "I need funding for my great deal in XXX, am willing to pay yy%" is the hard/fast approach that does not receive acceptance.

This is hard work, I like to see that they have some skin in the game too.You also have a better idea of how serious the people are which can help making an approval or denial if you are on the fence about whether or not to approve an applicant.Also, there is no bait and switch here regarding the app fee either.
