What was your method of acquiring if I may ask @Dan Crenshaw.

I have heard advantages of having an LLC in Nevada and want to explore those options as well.

There are many methods of figuring the split......priority return before profit split, percentage, bonus, etc.  

I say wholesaling, but to be frank, this was not my preferred method of entering into Real Estate.

This method makes sure that the project stays funded and that we aren't floating a loan to the customer.

Look it up, many investors have been able to implement this method for billing utilities to tenants and are happy with the results/savings/increased NOI etc. 

My favorite methods of finding owners who will sell that way, are by looking at the for rent ads and asking if they will sell; I also track expired listings through an agent friend and pitch them on a full price deal but on my terms.  

I am looking to find new methods to help my company grow.  

I'm just keeping my eyes and ears open and continuing to explore all the possibilities right now.
