Hi - I was wondering how one pulls equity from a property purchased with a Self DIrected IRA - It's in a LLC.

This is a house that has additional square ft added on, so they listed that as the reason for marking the question as positive, as new foundation and support was added for the additional sqft.My question is: Is it a standard practice to check this box as "yes" in the disclosure when additional square feet has been added on to the property?

Has anyone used their existing residence equity (Their HELOC) as the down payment on an investment?

If you purchased utilizing any sort of financing, you may not have enough equity to tap in to pull outto connect!

We have a good amount of equity in our current home, we have saved a good nest egg in standard investments (that we could tap into), and we do have $100k + in cash. 

The majority of my investing is out of state as the cash flow opportunities seem easier to attain (at least in my position). 

You'll take title, but it will be suject to (not to be confused with the popular purchase method) the superior lien position.

I would like to see if it is possible to scale using only conventional financing, and home equity loans, in order to maximize self-sufficiency with respect to financing.
