I clean the gutters on all of my properties in early summer, after the maple trees put off their whirlybird seeds.It's part of being a real estate investor. 

I think it's best to trim back the trees.

My neighbors had a 50' pine tree uprooted and thrown and another split in half and thrown.

Took windows out of DT highrises  and snapped 100 ft tall trees in half in places like The Woodlands and Kingwood (well inland).

Lets say I use username of “Squirrel†but in SS I would put Tree Rat (isn’t that what they call them little gray things) and if I use password of Little Boy I put “daughters 1st horseâ€.

We'll be building tiny houses, tree houses, yurts, domes, etc. 

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago.

The first time resulted in replacing the screen door closer (6 months old), the front porch light fixture (3 months old), giving up on two dead trees in the front yard I had planted 6 months prior, a roof leak, and drywall ceiling repair.
