But it doesn't make any sense, so if you guys can give some advice if they might just be making mistakes, or screwing with me:The GSI (Proforma) shows this:A --- 9,400 sqft --- $3,000B --- 14,300 --- $2,000C --- 25,600 --- $3,500C --- 3,127 --- $1,750D --- 2,400 --- $2,036 (A quick google search has the Tenant as having moved to a new location)E --- 2,000 --- $1,200F --- 2,600 --- $1,500G --- 7,000 --- $1,300Vacant -- 11,000 -- $0Monthly $16,286, Annual $195,432  According to the 2014 Proforma there's ~75,000 rented square feet. @ .2451/sqft!
