@Elton Tate first, you need to understand the difference between loan fees and transaction fees.Areas E, F & G are outside EVERYONE's control and you'd pay all but G if you bought with cash.So, your Closing Costs are really only $5,932Now, $200 for a credit report is crazy unless they are pulling Dunn & Bradstreet on your LLC.Title charges, except for closing fee, are regulated by the State of Michigan Insurance Division.Why aren't you working with someone that knows all this?

There’s a couple different levels I believe, I use the $43 one and believe it’s the most comprehensive one.

It is always more difficult to end business relationships with friends and family but you can't treat these working relationships any differently.

They need to make a lot of people (on different sides of the table) happy.

However, time in the market makes all the difference in the world!

A floor rehab in Los Angeles will be different than a floor rehab in Cleveland.

You've mentioned Guesty and Avail as examples, but in my experience these are very different.
