However, no paperwork was ever filed before or after her death (property is titled to the deceased "ET AL").The gentleman believes that his grandmother wanted him to take care of the property (apparently he is the responsible one) but it doesn't look like anything was ever filed properly, so now we are two generations deep into inherited interests in the property... he estimates that there are about 20 relatives that could have a claim on the title.

MHP business if you can scale it on the WEST coast is an awesome business.. with pad rents in the 400 to 1000 a month range.. you can do pretty well with these here.. some of them are like mid west deep south properties..

That is mostly for REIT's withe extremely deep pockets and some larger funds.They might own 70 Best Buys for example so if one goes dark they can (float the note) across the portfolio with other properties that are doing well.Small strip centers are like multifamily in that you have multiple tenants for break even occupancy.Large malls are switching to (experiential) type tenants.
