It is so hard to delegate when your reputation is being judged with every dish that goes out.

There are affidavits people can file or the declaration of bankruptcy that can prolong the initial process.

Biggest Difference ( among the 25 pages to create it using expensive POA attorneys): A POA does NOT have to file with a judge to impose a lien on any property.

Judging by some of the MFH I've seen in the Sac region it seems they're only good for those interested in house hacking.

You would be scoffed by any judge hearing a case and coming to understand the time span of the tenancy.

The key is which portion you have been declaring as a rental and which you have been declaring as your primary residence.
