In my opinion, however it is misleading/a major time waster for beginner investors, who are trying to soak up as much information as possible, to immediately jump into a seminar geared toward getting into their pockets more than providing actual substance to help learn.

That's a bit silly though, a deck is to use, unless of course it's blocked with danger signs and people are specifically told not to use it until it's repaired.I was just surprised that the property management company wasn't partly responsible.

Businesses that adapt quickly will thrive, businesses that don't will be replaced.For people like me that are in no danger of losing their income, it's easy to say that we should keep the economy closed and take drastic measures to ensure the safety and health of everyone. 

Of course, people are personally responsible for their own long term planning at the end of the day, but let's be real that Wall Street isn't helping matters at all with their hidden fees and dangerous risk/reward proposition.

Calling on someone for smoking weed in their own spot can lead to your own dangerous demise in some places.

Mentally challenged may forget, be destructive or put themselves or others in danger.
