Both units are being rented out currently and I am here hoping to get any advice or tips available on where to go from here!  

Also it makes it more difficult that you dont have any experience level or track record. keep looking you will find a lender but again keep in mind your credit score, finances and experience level will all factor that number of lenders that will open up their bank accounts to you.good Luck

I cannot remember which ones are easily available...Does anyone know if the Credit Suisse one is publically available?

I still use my HELOC to purchase properties (HELOC >> Personal bank account >> Capital contribution to LLC), but I take enough credit out to cover the loan cost of the project (pay your HELOC with your HELOC). 

If you don't mine to spare some "Tips or Tricks" for a newbie like me.

Set your rental criteria, occupancy limits, income, credit, and stick to it.

Also for an LLC to apply for a financing, does the lender take into account both (or all) partners credit worthiness or is there/could there be a primary?

Then I settled in for the long task of really reigning in my budget, improving my credit score, and paying off debt.
