Financials are reviewed and some have thorough bylaws but others are just plain secretive in my opinion. 

In my opinion, BRRR works in high and low purchase price areas.

The differences of opinions are useful because I learn more from the people who have a different world view than I do (they force me to think through why my world view is still the one I want to have).

Hi,Wanted to get the community's opinion on whether I should fill out a sales verification questionnaire that the Property Appraiser of the county I recently purchased a duplex in sent me.I feel like it could only hurt (meaning a big increase in my 2019 property taxes) based on the information they are requesting.
