If that sounds like insurance gibberish it is... you could copy and paste all that into an email to the Foremost agent and they should be able to figure it out pretty quickly.  

However, I have 2 realtors who are more than willing to look up sold comps for me, because of the business I give them.

The property in this area was originally sold in the 80s so I know there should be an original deed with the Grantors of the Quit Claim.

I bought a house here last year RIGHT before the mania (because I'm smart as ****) for $220K just over a year ago. 2 houses in my neighborhood (exact same floorplan) just sold for $270, if by next summer I see $300K then I may just sell and take my meager earnings.

We will definitely be changing common access locks, basement with laundry and storage area, just in case an old tenant kept a copy.
