My insurance for my property in Cape Coral, FL property has increased significantly.

-Sexist remarks (will refer to either old 'male' owner or would prefer to speak to my dad who helps on occasion)The last few straws were when I purchased a new fridge he requested and even with advanced delivery notice- refused to let the delivery men in because of their skin color. 

Those sure look like great additions to your portfolio.The green and white one is beautiful.The grey one looks like a money maker too.If I had the grey one in my  portfolio, I would, paint the downspouts the color of the siding, and the gutters the color of the eaves, as well as freshen up all of the trim white (like the green house has). 

.,  AND  NOT just the general types repairs needed- without giving the contractor our specific choice of brands, size, color...

-Bathroom tile wall is bad outdated color, and not good condition, with a few tiles starting to come loose. 

The GP/LP interests should be aligned, and at end of day it really comes down to the syndicator and people who represent them to do the right thing, which we are gonna see peoples true colors in the next few years.
