does any color or pattern show less dirt/scratches?  

I have no real down, but could borrow against this property I own, or hard money, or he could finance the whole thing at a strong rate and I could re-fi as soon as the note matures and in the meantime build equity (could use some lovin' + color) and refi asap with a conventional note.

Hopefully you guys can provide some color.

However I'm having a hard time finding blank signs in neon (I've found pre-printed ones in these colors) Has any one else played around with different colored bandit signs?

In giving my latest investment property a facelift, I searched high-and-low for advice on paint colors, brands, and sheens. 

We are trying to get two separate bids: 1) to move the refrigerator from the close wall and put it where the pantry is currently, and open up the pass through window up to the ducting and as wide as possible. 2) update the counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom with granite, new fixtures.Attached is a picture.

I think I want to go with the gray color scheme in the home.

The carpet is a light color and I think thinking it could go darker...but not sure.Also any recommendations on companies or pricing would be much appreciated!
