People with children would most likely want a tub. 

As for the school info, 1 my wife and I don't have children but we plan to adopt, and 2 LAUSD is an open district which means you can send your children to any school within the district, its called inter district transfer and the schools in the area are actually decent avg 5 on great schools but you can also go magnet or charter.

Boomers didn't have as many children as their parents did. 

We haven't fought about money since.Well, that's not true - we did fight about my wife going to the dentist a few months before I started working in our school's dental clinic and could have seen her for free.

It is a Section 8 property and the Housing Assistance Payment Contract (Sec. 8 contract with the govt) has the mom listed as the tenant with her other children and grandchildren listed in a separate section as other members of the household, but not the tenants.I have a separate lease that I execute in conjunction with the HAP contract and I'm wondering whether I need to keep the tenant the same (only Mom) and list her other members of the household in a separate section or whether I should include her adult children as co-tenants.  

Part of it is likely due to state wide quarantine restrictions limiting the ability to do much of anything, and the other part is likely being at home with a newborn and 2 other children under the age of 5.

The following are just my own observations/things that I've learned from talking with realtors/investors/families with children in the area.

I am a parent with children who is trying to decide if I want to rent in a DR Horton development in Wesley Chapel or Winauma (Sun City Center).

Maybe for some folks but 10k a month does not go very far when your paying your own health insurance have a car or two raise children put them through collage etc.
