I do see that if a parent co-signs on a student loan, the child has to be a dependent of the parent in order for the parent to  be able to deduct the interest.

So, in looking for something larger, everything that I was looking for in the space I needed was either too big for what I needed, or was too expensive.So, I decided to build what I needed.To build a conventional building would be in the ballpark of $80-$100 a square foot.

If it would, I wouldn't touch this deal with a ten foot pole.I'm guessing here but, sounds like an elderly woman that lost her husband and is about to lose her home.

Foot is so drastically different.

Its a very good product to use if you want to get your foot in the door.

I will start wholesaling but want to get my foot in the door and network as much as possible before I start on a deal.

I would love to get any advice from experienced investors on good price / sq foot (I've been looking at zillow, and other online tools), expected avg rent per tenant, and any pro tips a newbie may not know (e.g., maintenance, certain streets that are popular, advice on tenants, etc).
