I work in car sales right now, and looking to get into my first house for the family. 

As you drive through a neighborhood you may see the trees swaying in the gentle breeze or that paper cup blowing down the side of the road or even that sharp car that just zipped by you, but are you noticing the things you need to be noticing?

Just like there is only a small likelihood that anyone person will actually need all the car or house insurance they buy.

I use it in my own home and on our cars, and also on the rentals.  

The neighbor says she parks too close to her car, and she says the neighor drops her cigarette butts  on the lawn and she wants me to hire a handi man to pick up the cigarette butts.  

I got to my car, exhale, and take the check out of my pocket.

We're probably going to build a 3 car plus attached RV garage with an upstairs 1 BR apartment. 

It takes a new bank employee with a college degree in finance or accounting usually, about two years before they get to lend on cars and small personal loans, another year before they get to secondary market loan and a couple more years before they get a bank portfolio.

They can use the saved money for a car and then save for a house or business.
