Just like everyone above me has mentioned stay engaged and you will learn so much from this website, from the blogs to the webinars, to the podcasts.

I would high encourage you start listening to the podcasts, readings the blogs, and using the keyword alerts for items you're particularly interested in.

My wife is probably a little perturbed by how much time I am spending on these boards/blogs. 

Browse the forums/blog and try to determine who's style you like the best and who people are recommending.
