The disgruntled tenant spouting off over every alleged past due repair item could also screw you up.Best bet is to give them $100 and tell them to go get lunch. 

And I can look over all systems as much as is indicated.I bet if you figure out the time and $$ spent on an average LTR turn-around, it almost equals out when you look at all of these factors......Plus you get the 3 - 5 times income from a well run STR.... :-)

As population ages we need safe and excellent places but there is liability so be prepared.

Unless you can find comps indicating otherwise, this is the safe mindset.Improved landscaping also is not know for producing a great value with respect to cost.
