That can be a big problem if you have an illegal addition,Dated mechanicals, and zoning issues.I have bought a place with a great attorney and used an architect and still found out the city had different information after.

Get on an auto email list from an agent for specifically what you are looking for.

It's nice because you can set it up on auto-pilot, and avoid playing the transfer game.
