I personally do not think it would be a very attractive area for Airbnb rentals.

Sure having the debt paid off would make you more attractive to a bank for lending you money but there are tons of other routes to travel so don't let that be your roadblock.

This usually offers the most attractive terms.

But wrapped in a mystical cloak they became attractive to the uneducated investor with cash but no desire for due diligence.There's actually nothing wrong with the tic structure.

I wanted to get peoples thoughts on specific areas in the US that would be good to look at for holding a vacation rental.Interested in hearing about areas where the purchase price is realistic when compared to the vacation rental market (meaning that there is good demand for rentals throughout much of the year with attractive rates).   

Not to worry about your buyer's list, first concentrate on getting the deals, the buyers will come if you deal is attractive enough.

Hello All,I would like to put a post on Craig's List for an intern to help with 'driving for dollars' - can anyone share some verbiage on how I should word that.For those of you who use interns how do you attract them?  

Because of that the markets will always be attractive.

Plus you may have to do some move-in specials to attract tenants.
