There are two REIA groups I am interested in joining, REIA, the Real Estate Investors Association of Washington and The Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS).

The issue I see with LLC's is that when the LLC is registered there is an agent name associated with it.  

Looks to me as if they know no one associated with this property and every single real estate detective I know can find no heirs!!

The economies of scale associated with multi-unit properties can mean substantial savings for the property owner.That said, it's possible to get a return from the $30k, $700 property.

It is up to them to meet my timeline.The ice maker isn't working....they can work out the schedule with the appliance repair guy understanding they are responsible for any charges associated with missed appointments.

Reading the buy-laws, there does not appear any legal reason for us to refuse it.However, for my peace of mind, I was curious to know if there could be any risks associated with an investor buying more and more units to the point where they could force the demolition or vote decisions detrimental to the residence. 

I'm currently with Realty Executives Associates, where I help manage a portfolio of rentals.  

This realtor is using the standard lease agreement from the association of realtors and told my sister she doesn't need to sign it.
