Being an agent allows me to assist other investors who needs someone that understands.

I could do things that require a licensed salesperson that most licensees don't want to do, or could use assistance with.

I am a part time teacher, part time marketing consultant and part time investor.I would like to know what resources are out there to assist me to find a condo, townhouse and/or SF home preferably ITP with owner financing for purchase this summer. 

I also heard of becoming an assistant of an agent, where you join the real estate boards whiteout being an agent , you can have access to the MLS.

I would make a list of all the potential tenants and have an assistant start calling them and checking internet sites for info on what criteria they look for in a new site.  

Currently, I'm seeking the assistance of a RE attorney in Columbus that could review a purchasing contract that I'd like to use.
