Thats kind.In another recent thread on DSCR lenders (google able) basically commercial lenders for 30 yr fixed rate rental loans that do not depend on your income (DTI), low reserve requirements vs FANNIE (AKA Bank loans) and today insanely low interest rates;    - lendinghome - easy to apply and mostly automated application and underwriting system.
