I grew up in Detroit and love so much about the city.

It is not logical that we could be in business for over 10 years (in the same city even), employing the number of people we do, carrying all of the business overhead that comes with running a large enterprise,  being vetted by the number of accredited investors who choose to put their capital to work with us etc. if the business model was charging $3000 to as many people as possible and then purposefully turning down their loans.

. * If I receive a city violation and want to contest it, can I attend the hearing or do I need to hire a lawyer?

City workers have to live within city limits so you'll always have great potential tenants in fireman, police officers, teachers and park district employees.

Phoenix and the surrounding cities have a higher turnover rate than most of the country.

I did two tours of the city, there's only one major downtown area but soliciting some help from local Property Managers would be able to help you to learn the streets and the general areas of where to invest in.
