I don't know how many windows there are in the property, but here in Canada you have to expect around $1000 per opening (window).

We stripped the entire house down completely, changed out all of the windows, and resided and roofed it.  

Windows are usually homeowner expenses.

Two separate duplexes, each built on separate parcels initially, county just combined to one. 1/2 acre parcel, new roofs, exterior paint, garage doors, windows, base rocked driveways, surveyed.

-Window Screens are torn all round house.

And if they use window AC I would never want to pay electric.

I leaned about windows, painting, plumbing, hanging doors, etc.....  

By keeping her you are basically throwing money out the window.
