Hey All,I am looking to from West Hollywood area to south LA and am curious to everyone's thoughts on the added value or difference in moving into one area or the other.One place i am looking at is in Wiseburn School district but i am personally single with no children at this moment.

Long story short, have roughly $80k in bad debt, make nearly $110k household income, and am a military member serving overseas in Germany trying to get back into the Real Estate investment world.Now for the question: Do we continue to focus on debt(on track to be debt free next summer) and then save up for a down payment/100% down when we go back to the states at the end of 2021, OR do we put our Dave Ramsey inspired debt snowball on hold and start investing from overseas?

There are a couple of houses on MLS in the West Chester, PA and North Wilmington, DE areas that I am interested in, so I thought a good start would be to find an agent who could give me some feedback and show those properties to me.I made contact with a Realtor outside of BP and let them know that I was a new investor who was searching for houses on my own, but also would be interested in having an agent help with properties on the MLS.
