Is that true?

I found it on the MLS and it makes me concerned it is too good to be true.

But I feel that is true with a lot of insurance companies.

We were initially looking for a duplex but lenders are requiring 15% down for multifamily (I was surprised this was true for first time home buyers).

Is that true?
