I decide there must be something more and read the first non-assigned book in my life, Rich Dad Poor Dad.

It basically has a chapter written by various different Rich Dad Advisors that specialize on their topic. 

I'll see if I can't toss out a couple of ideas.Understand that this isn't a get-rich-quick thing. 

As an owner, you have a big fat target on you, because tenants think suing is a way to get rich.

The Rich Dad books are great for understanding good debt better.

They either got swiped up by rich investors with "no view" offers, or simply the property wasn't for me...

One property won’t make you rich so grab a duplex and get started!
