I know how you feel when you walk through and look at private items and or personal items.In those cases we just hauled everything to the dump... and got to work. if the old owners are there are in contact of course we accommodated them on retrieving their items.I suspect in this case you would be fine and I personally would not store anything... from the description of circumstances you have laid out.

Additionally there is STNL properties that are free standing single tenant buildings such as a pharmacy, bank, dollar store, auto store, restaurant, etc.The value of those properties tends to be based on location, quality of the tenant, length of the primary lease left, and any termination clauses or where it's a NN and not absolute NNN.You won't find a brand new regional or national tenant property at a high cap rate.

They are available at the big box stores and it's very easy to change out the plug on the dryer.The older plug/outlet is still legal on existing houses, but not legal on new wiring.Unless you have an issue with the current wiring, I would not change the wiring or the outlet.

If the property has carpet go to a grocery store and buy Borax spread into the carpet and repeat every 2 due until infestation is gone.
