I have some money saved and would like to put that for downpayment and reviewing previous post I assume that getting a loan (mortgage) for a Series LLC will be even more difficult that for a regular LLC (which apparently is already tough).

Bayonne has a lot of potential, large buildings being built all arround, and the East section from route 440 under development will bring even more value to this area, also ferry to NY being under review for this area.

That said you need to sit with someone QUALIFIED to review your situation and frankly most accountants are not as 99% know nothing about self directed retirement accounts.
