There could be significant immediate cash flows and internal rate of returns and b.) it could be a forever home for me as it is tucked in a nice acreage with nice trees and the main home could be fixed up to be a real nice place to be.

We now use AI to book appointments and have acquisitions specialist handle those calls.

If this was a standard rental process then yes, I'd recommend going through the process of applications/screening steps, a background check, and then require the deposit; since it sounds like the house is being rented to transient workers though, the very nature of the work situation calls for a bit more flexibility on the renting end.

I say all of this because of course you can always buy a list and start cold calling one by one, but making a real lasting connection with someone is far more valuable when real estate is about longevity.

@Matthew Kwan I'm a Canadian international investor and there are so many better choices that Vancouver and Singapore would be some of the last places where I'd invest.
