If a Realtor tells the mortgage comany to list the propertyt for anywhere near what he quoted me , then the Realtor is just snowing them, in hopes of getting the listing .I have an email for someone in the REO dept of BNY Mellon if anyone is interested in the future.

If you plan on hiring out the PM I would factor 7-10% for New Britain.Lawn/Snow: I pay $50 every time it snows over 2-3 inches for my driveway to be plowed, I would shop around for different quotes.I mow my own lawns but I've received quotes of $40 for this particular lawn (not large).

If you really want to go down the rabbit hole on the Lead Ordinance, you can see everything that has happened since it was filed here: http://lcapps.co.lucas.oh.us/P...I don't know if the injunction happens, but nevermind the fact that we're supposed to get 4" of snow on Friday, but be sure to paint those windows and soffits!

They dont want an application , once I tell them THEY are responsible for cutting the grass , leaves , and snow shoveling    ( one property is almost a full acre covered with oak trees , BIG ones)   The other 2 are a bit over 1/2 acre .
