@Roni Elias Often times GPs are taking LPs through questionnaire to make sure they have a pre existing relationship (per SEC) so to me this would be welcomed from the GP side.

Hi Andrey, I've invested in 14 syndications in the past several years with many Sponsors/GPs and have found it rewarding to have geographical diversification and passive income streams.

It now appears interest rates will remain higher for longer than most expected and decided to use this forum as an opportunity for members to share strategies and resources used to navigate the challenges brought on by the higher interest rates.

The biggest drawback / con is paying a premium for your GC to source all the materials--they'll charge a markup on these since they now have to navigate the whole process above.

Easy to navigate and I've never had someone miss their monthly rent.

It you don't understand the simple concept of inheriting at a stepped-up basis, you're not going to navigate the tax complexity of seller-financing.
