That's a feature I wanted to access so it was a big deciding factor for me.

@Stephen Sawrie You will probably find that checkbook control is a worthwhile feature.

After that there is usually a featured speaker on an important topic.

It all depends on how many units you manage and what features you would like to have available to you or your tenants.

In our market there are several companies for you to speak with and several things to consider as all turnkey companies are similar in general but we all have our own unique features that make us a little different.

And the search feature works nicely too when you need information on a specific subject (had to research post on foundation issues earlier this week).
