You are young and have a lot of time on your side, so it's really great that you are ready to dive in now as the more time just leads to more accumulated wealth once you get your strategy in place

We are looking for a Joliet guest for our Podcast Straight Up Chicago investor to take a deep dive into that Joliet, Shorwood, Plainfield, Lockport market. 

Looking to dive into my local real estate market.

If we have to add 5 years to be in profit this is maybe also good for the deeper pocket patience player.

Personally I believe I’m at the point in my investing career where I get the basics but I’m ready to dig deeper.

Once I got boots on the ground there I was gonna deep dive some markets to see if numbers work.
