@Mark Fries Thanks for the heads up....I went on the city site today that lists all the properties up for sale and found a couple that might look interesting.

It can be very hawkward to have a bird on your head.

Really looking to dive in head first but need a little help getting started.

I do a lot of driving for dollars and cold calling homeowners (I'm headed out to lunch with a prospective seller here shortly). 

Been associated with them for almost 4 years.

(This is all 1year rentals, association only allows 1 rent a year).

So go head and ask me anything related to the plumbing trade and maybe you can help me narrow my search for a good market or even partner on something!

Best case, none of your tenants lose their job, you have a ton of money sitting in the bank and people panic again and offload their multis for crack head prices and you can get one or two more in cash.

Military service is definitely what you make of it, assuming of course Al Qaeda doesn't chop your head off and post it in youtube.
