I have self managed for over a decade now and yet to miss a single payment of rent, to hire out PM and have them take 8% when I have a team in place to handle anything that goes wrong is not worth it. 

Assuming it's worth 1.75 million, it might take you a very long time to sell at that price (possibly years).
