Insufficient funds is the hardest part about starting out, I am running into the same problems but what’s worse is never starting, so get out there and it will all work out!

It can get too messy buying a house if things don't work out.

Work out some kind of compensation arrangement , Give yourself a timeline and then start your side hustle with all the newly acquired experience.

I am trying to work out if there is any Rental Assistance program that the Landlord can apply for that does not involve the tenant.

I have been looking at places back home, but I cannot for the life of me get any of the numbers to work out when doing analysis on properties there due to high prices and super high property taxes.
