Unfortunately you are just at the mercy of the comps and the appraiser.

Unfortunately with this Coronavirus we will need to start over the internet, but this will give me time to bring you up to speed.  

Because people are unable to see beyond their immediate circumstances or they are unwilling to keep pushing through difficult times to get back to the good.I don't know any successful person that didn't have pretty major failures in life.

@Joyce Williams  Unfortunately Karen O is right, when they say money isn't an issue, it is usually a red flag. 

Unfortunately, on top of the rent if 2500, the manager is charging a security deposit of 2900 plus a $50 application fee and $50 move in fee.

Unfortunately my day job is beginning to demand a lot of my attention and it is pretty stressful. 

Was really hoping to save it and possibly add on but no such luck.Matthew,  unfortunately so far I haven't been able to find a house to move that is narrow enough. 

Unfortunately, 75% (give or take 10%) of properties aren't owned by institutional investors, they are owned by small investors (<50 doors portfolio) that can be severely impacted by rent strikes, even with reserves in place. 

I'm unfortunately only playing he-said-she-said at the moment.
