Hi Everyone, Looking to learn about your experiences with STR. 

Currently I am house hacking as a mid-term landlord (list on Airbnb.. renting Jack and Jill upstairs in our home to traveling professionals) we are consistently booked and lots of inquiries.

House hacking will also give you some personal "property management" experience.

Its a lifelong learning experience (and Im saying that with a Masters Degree in Taxation and 12 years experience as a CPA haha).

If you are just starting on your journey, it is best to start simple and then add complexity with experience. 

Let's applaud his honest success from TRAINING (by his admission), having experience, capital, relationships &  opportunity.To push anything less, is less than honest. 

You probably don't have experience managing rentals for others.
