Back in the day, I'd throw my agent money on top of the paltry commissions she'd make on foreclosures.

Let me throw my 2 cents in here - First any market is good for this strategy or any other strategy - it is always the DEAL! 

I am not a lawyer, but my laymen's understanding is that such a motion is basically the judge saying "OK person suing, but even if ALL of your claims are true, there's still no grounds for a law suit" and then they throw it out.

Keep in mind, most people won't throw large sums at you unless 1) they know well and 2) you show them a successful track record.

Is it a hoarder situation and they need 2 weeks to throw out all the clutter?
