For ground up, you write yourself a contract for your plans at a fair market value from your business to yourself as a licensed professional to use as invested equity when you are applying for your construction loan, similar to a survey or geotech report.

You can pay a yearly membership fee or a la carte as David mentioned above.

It could as simple as an application and survey, or it could be a 3 year process with enough bureaucracy and paperwork to make congress look like kindergarten.

@Eli Kallison Houzz has annual survey results compiled onto top selling cabinet styles and wall colors etc.

We are not involved directly in items like leasing or construction management, but provide surveying, platting, civil plans and such in order to get building permits.
