I have had three in the last 10 years and the abuser was held responsible for the lease, but all three bailed as soon as their partner moved out.I would even be comfortable asking to see the judge for clarification once the order is in my possession.

From what I have seen, appraisals run on comps in the area according to three things: square footage, beds/baths, and whether the property is in 'not-good, standard, or good' condition.
