I don't have personal experience with Columbus but it has strong economic and demographic fundamentals so I would say wherever the numbers work best for you, Just make sure you're in the right neighborhoods.

I think a strong argument can be made for both approaches.

Lots of flaky generic "is this available i'd like to look at it messages", but had a couple people chomping at the bit so I think the demand is still pretty strong in the area. 

If there is day 1 equity, you would have another strong argument for increasing your share.

They seem to be coming back pretty strong (although I haven't gone to one since COVID).

You'll need a strong contracting/sub team to really be successful at it though so be careful.
