Are you still in active duty?

Potentially I can be involved in R.E. full or part time, as my non-R.E. activities give me flexibility.There was an excellent post somewhere else on this forum (can't remember where I saw it), saying that to make money, you have to add value.

Plus, of all the people I've spoken with and discussed these parameters, every one of them said I'll never purchase anything in Arizona if I continue to stick to them.So, I'm actively on the sidelines researching, learning, etc.

Hi Everyone,I am glad I found this forum, it seems to be one of the more active ones.I come from an extensive background in Real Estate brokerage and investing (Foreclosures Fixer Uppers, Notes etc.).

Hearing about everyone's activities made me decide I was letting a great market pass me by by not taking some serious action for my own benefit, instead of just my clients.

I've had a couple people try to back out and normally reminding them that they've signed a binding contract relieves the matter.

This is an active forum you should learn a lot here.John
