Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox Counties have shifted to a buyer's markets.

I took the most streamlined one because I knew my AZ experience would get me through the bulk of it.

I've lived in Philly 10 years and have been trying to shift my internal sports allegiances from DC metro teams.

However, it could also be an indicator of something shifting, and this is in the beginning stages. 

We are interested in out of state properties as well as CA (although my sense is CA cap rates are relatively unattractive and we would prefer to shift away from appreciation as share of total yield).

But I'm ready to make the shift and think there is some substantial growth potential.

I suspect the reason you are unsure if your property would rent is that you are overwhelmed with analyzing some many different properties in several markets and shifting back and forth from one asset class to the other.Hope this helps, Eric.
